A REAL PERSON, A CLEAR NEXT STEP
For account help, bugs or ideas, email ianktoo@gmail.com. Include the app version and what happened. Please don’t send passwords, reset links or private route coordinates.
Google didn’t finish? Retry once, check your connection, then use email sign-in or password reset. Existing Google users can add email/password from the signed-in app account. If your email provider is also inaccessible, contact support; restoring access requires identity verification.
WHAT’S TAKING SHAPE
Custom route planning, saved stops and breaks, light and dark themes, tablet layouts, private team runs, and a new √eff identity are in development. Google Play testing begins after live configuration and release validation. This page does not claim a published release.
RouteEff stores solo plans on your device. Live routing sends stop coordinates through our service to Google Maps. Team members can see shared plans and assignments. Firebase handles identity and team data. Foreground location and notifications are optional; diagnostics are opt-in. We do not request Gmail inbox access or background location.
This support site uses Firebase Authentication for account actions and essential authentication storage. It has no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and Firebase may process security and service logs. This is an early-access privacy summary; the full retention policy must be finalized before Play release.
In RouteEff, open You → Delete account. Transfer ownership of any active teams first. Recent sign-in may be required. The service removes your profile, notification token, submitted feedback and team memberships, then deletes Firebase identity and local saved plans.
Without the app, request deletion at ianktoo@gmail.com using your account email. We verify ownership before deletion. Shared team records and operational aggregates may remain without an account profile. Never include a password.
